Surgeons, investors, corporate delegates, nurses, students, dietitians and allied health professionals. Select your category on the registration portal.
Cancellation
Refunds for in-person registrations cancelled on or before May 15, 2026, less a 75 CAD administrative fee. No refunds after May 15. Name substitutions are free of charge.
Visa letters
Need a letter of invitation? Email us early. Letters are issued only once full registration payment is received, and don't guarantee approval. Visa & entry details are on the travel page.
